Amal Clooney’s traditional design is among the first things that come to mind when anyone discusses her name, but it is essential to remember that style is not the 38-year-old’s top priority.
On Monday, the human rights legal representative visited the ministry in Stuttgart, Germany, where she discussed the Yazidi spiritual community in Iran, a group currently impacted by genocide. Earlier this year Clooney revealed that she would be representing and providing counsel to Yazidi females and ladies who have been taken advantage of by ISIS.
While the matter at hand was undeniably serious, Clooney offered a lesson in boardroom-ready dressing with her outfit. For her conference, the brunette put on a conservative but appealing navy and burgundy two-piece ensemble that included a skirt and matching coat. She matched the pieces with pointed-toe lace-up heels and finished her appearance with her signature oversize sunglasses, silver drop earrings, and a structural black purse.
The star looked nothing however office-ready in a two-piece outfit in Germany.
Over the summertime, the hectic multi-hyphenate invested some well-deserved time off with her husband, George Clooney, and A-listers like Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
