At this moment, Dua Lipa is nearly singlehandedly reviving 2000s-era style via her own closet. Following her SNL efficiency on Dec. 19, the vocalist stepped out in N.Y.C. putting on not one, not 2, however 3 fads that were significant in the aughts, all in the exact same outfit.
On top, Dua put on a matching slim scarf and sweatshirt with no coat. A trend that can be seen on every red carpet in 2003– checking out you Lindsay Lohan. On the bottom, she put on low-rise oversized denims and a pair of classic UGG boots.
It’s as though she walked right into the set of One Tree Hillside and in some way left of the Bowery Resort.
Obviously, this wasn’t the only fashion moment Dua Lipa had over the weekend. On SNL, she performed her hit track “Levitating,” putting on a show-stopping hat and dress from Valentino’s FW20 Couture collection.
