It appears Martin has established her mom’s passion for fashion and acquired her front row seat at Fashion Week, to boot. The child of Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin attended the Chanel Haute Couture Spring 2023 program in Paris on Monday.
Throughout the show, Martin wore a black-and-white plaid tweed match consisting of a cropped jacket with embellished with Chanel CC logo-emblazoned buttons and a coordinating minidress with a babydoll shape and black neckline. For glam, Martin chose thick black eye liner that morphed into a cat-eye shape and a beige pout.
At the show, Martin scored a seat in the coveted front row, along with other fashion It Girls consisting of Sadie Sink and Lucy Boynton. Elvis director Baz Luhrman, along with Chanel veterans Vanessa Paradis and Charlotte Casiraghi, also attended the presentation.
Style journalist Derek Blasberg shared a series of pictures of Martin at her Fashion Week launching, noting what the unique moment symbolized. “Karl Lagerfeld met Apple Martin when she was 4 years of ages and stated that one day she ‘d be a Chanel woman,” he captioned the post. “It took place today!”
While Martin’s resemblance to Paltrow is astonishing (she plainly drew some style inspo from her mother), the health guru previously told People that Apple “does not desire my guidance whatsoever on anything,” though she’s known to “obtain from [her] closet” from time to time.
